HAU SHING (HOWIE) LI, P.E.

Howie Li has twenty years of Project Full Life Cycle experience of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) design projects for different industry using off the shelf technology. He has been a key player for design and implementation of SCADA projects throughout the country. His engineering design experience includes RTU panel design, HMI/OIU screens programming, PLC programming, security system design, database implementation, system startup, system training, and customer support.

EDWARD MURPHY

Edward Murphy has over thirty years of experience in the field of automated process control and related product development. He has been responsible for the design and implementation of various levels of process control and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. Edward Murphy was also a key member of a highly skilled team responsible for the development of a distributed process control system specifically designed for the water and wastewater industry. He has also served as manager of a Technology Integration group and as the principal engineer responsible for software driver and protocol development, and for development of state-of-the-art local and wide area communication networks.
